Saw Charlie today for an initial shoewear assessment - best $45 ever spent. 30 min of jam-packed info and guidance. Excellent articulation of the facts, answered every question in detail and with clear passion for her profession. 10/10 recommend
Highly recommend. Josee Gingras is very knowledgeable and uses up to date information to provide excellent care. She listened carefully to my concerns and fitted me with orthotics that immediately eliminated pain. Josee followed up to ensure I was comfortable and offered strengthening exercises to achieve a positive outcome.
Visited Josee to have a 3D gait scan done due to some knee alignment issues. She was wonderful! She explained the process and took the time to fully review the findings. Highly recommend visiting if you have hip/knee/ankle/foot concerns or if you are runner looking to perfect your form.
I have been a client of The Stride Clinic in Orillia for about a year. I found them very helpful, informative, and extremely patient with me and all of my questions, concerns, and adjustments. I also appreciate the follow-up emails. It makes me feel like I matter. Their receptionist is also caring and informative. I always look forward to going to my appointments and chatting with her while I'm waiting.
