Gisele is truly a master at her craft. She has done wonders for back pain (gone), plantar fasciitis (gone) shoulder mobility (now back close to 100%). She can usually diagnose the issues without you even having to tell her. If I increase my running, she knows how to work on hamstrings and calves. I have been going to The Stress Break for lymphatic massages, and I must say, Giselle is the best! She is incredibly polite, sweet, and caring. I feel absolutely amazing and completely relaxed after each session. I highly recommend The Stress Break to anyone looking for a fantastic massage experience.
