Very shady company. Over a year ago I had to change my card information and forgot I still had a membership at this gym. After three months of payments I realized I was still getting charged. I walked into the gym and paid off the three months and proceeded to CANCEL my membership. Well now over a year later of them sending payments to my old bank account I get a call fron a debt collector saying I owe them $213.60. Somehow my membership was magically not cancelled. Poor customer service and unexplained charges. Nobody responds to messages and they don’t return phone calls. Getting ahold of owners is impossible and front desk has no communication skills.
Scammy contracts. Easy sign up online but canceling is another story.
I've been a member at The Strength Barracks for the past 5 months & can confidently say this is the best Gym in town. The Owner Randy goes above & beyond to ensure everyone is on track to hit their goals & is held accountable. Really recommend everyone comes in & checks them out!
