Very welcoming group here! Amazing place for kids or adults to learn Jiu Jitsu. Mike and Mel are both very knowledgeable and are genuinely passionate about helping folks reach their goals. Great place for beginners too!!

I highly recommend The Strength Academy! The prices are great. The coaches are friendly and knowledgeable and the atmosphere is conducive to success! The gym offers Brazilian Jiujitsu, self-defense, boxing, circuit training, powerlifting, weight training, and private lessons. The owners are well-equipped to assist with all fitness goals and needs. It is a clean environment with nice equipment! I’ve been part of many gyms and this is by far the best one yet! This place sets the gold standard for BJJ training!
