Awesome place for BJJ. Very clear and professional instructor and as a first timer felt very welcomed.
I highly recommend The Strength Academy! The prices are great. The coaches are friendly and knowledgeable and the atmosphere is conducive to success! The gym offers Brazilian Jiujitsu, self-defense, boxing, circuit training, powerlifting, weight training, and private lessons. The owners are well-equipped to assist with all fitness goals and needs. It is a clean environment with nice equipment! I’ve been part of many gyms and this is by far the best one yet! This place sets the gold standard for BJJ training!
