Wow excellent accommodation. DJ is an awesome goat too. Best place for families with kids. Lots of beds and things to do.
We loved this place again. There were thirteen of us this time. I like the rustic urban nature and the way the plates and crockery don’t match, it reminds us of the family shack of 40 years ago. The lovely owners are close by if we need anything and there were welcoming treats left for us. It is really good value.
Great place to stay. DJ was very accomodating and pleasant to deal with. Would go back again in a heartbeat when relatives come back for a holiday.
I cannot recommend The Straw House enough for a beautiful, peaceful stay in Margaret River. The house is beautifully designed, and the property is gorgeous (we especially loved the friendly farm animals!) The location was perfect—close enough to explore the beaches and other attractions in the area, but also peaceful and secluded. The house had more than enough space for our group of 7, with bedrooms to spare. The host was incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
