I cannot speak to how the building was run under the old management, but I was in a difficult situation having to abruptly leave a previous rental arrangement in a house that was deemed uninhabitable due to neglected repairs. The management here was exceptionally accommodating, helped my family and I move in on very short notice, and has since then been pleasant and helpful. I’ve been living in this building for a long time, and I’ve seen a complete turnaround since the new management took over in August 2024. The improvements are clear across the board—from better communication and faster maintenance to a cleaner and more welcoming environment. The new team is professional, respectful, and truly committed to making this a great place to live. It feels like a totally new building in the best way!
I've been living here for almost a year, and I absolutely love it. The management is very responsive, respectful, and always willing to help. The building feels secure, and I appreciate the great security measures in place. The workout room is a nice bonus, and the neighbors are friendly and respectful. Overall, I feel safe and happy living here—it's truly a great place to call home!
I recently had to deal with the new management due to a health issue. They were very accommodating and helped me move into a first floor unit from my third floor unit. They have talked to me multiple times since my move in to make sure nothing needed repaired and when I did have two minor repairs, they were fixed very quickly.
