TLDR: Apartments are very nice, staff is exceptional, and won't pressure you. You won't regret scheduling a tour! Edit: After a week here, I can honestly say I truly feel at home, and valued as a resident. A couple of small maintenance issues popped up, but the team handles them quickly with good communication—and everyone who’s come into my unit has been kind and trustworthy. I cannot speak to how the building was run under the old management, but I was in a difficult situation having to abruptly leave a previous rental arrangement in a house that was deemed uninhabitable due to neglected repairs. The management here was exceptionally accommodating, helped my family and I move in on very short notice, and has since then been pleasant and helpful. I’ve been living in this building for a long time, and I’ve seen a complete turnaround since the new management took over in August 2024. The improvements are clear across the board—from better communication and faster maintenance to a cleaner and more welcoming environment. The new team is professional, respectful, and truly committed to making this a great place to live. It feels like a totally new building in the best way!
