Peniel did such an incredible job. This was my first time in The Strand, and she put me at ease immediately by truly listening to what I wanted and desired for my hair. She is also very knowledgeable about colors, so much so that I came back after my first haircut and got it colored by her! I absolutely recommend going to The Strand and seeing Peniel if you want a cut or color!

I needed a quick blow dry. I was in a pinch. Lisa fit me in last minute. She was kind to me. She was very sweet and understanding with me. I was lucky enough to be matched with Ricardo “Ricky” who should teach a master class on blow drying. The staff was lovely. The place is beautiful. I went to a wedding, danced and sweated all night. Unfortunately, I am having to write this review because the environment here is no longer welcoming like it used to be. I have been coming here for about 6 years and the treatment my family and I have been receiving from the receptionist is appalling. And this was not her first time being rude to us, but it is now certainly the last. We will not be returning.
