I lived at The Strand for almost 4 years. I was a great tenant, friends with all of my neighbors and ALWAYS paid my rent on time. My lease was up as of 1/31/21; I gave AMPLE notice to move out, cleaned the place up, and did a final walk through with the property manager, Jason, who told me I should receive the entire $2000 back.
