Dr. Baca and her staff were very friendly, polite, and professional. I felt very comfortable, especially in the OR. Had a tummy tuck and it was a pleasant surprise to have just 3 women in the room for such an intimate surgery. Staff were very responsive to any calls and Dr. Baca answered all my questions checking to make sure I understood her responses. While still a lot of money it was reasonably affordable. I can’t say enough good things about Dr Baca and the Straith Clinic. I went for several consultations before booking my surgery and Dr Baca always took her time to answer all of my questions. She is amazing as is everyone in the office. I had a breast lift and augmentation and arm lift. The staff on surgery day made me feel so comfortable. Dr. Baca was very patient with my many questions. She answered them professionally and rephrased it in a way that could easily be understood. I was very comfortable with the OR staff as it was all women. It really didn't dawn on me how much I appreciate that until I got any or and there were just the three women in me. 100% from beginning of consultation to final post-op at 6 months, and I am having a scar revision at the end of the month that I expect to go just as well. Such a kind staff from the moment you walk in. I had my surgery at Beaumont RO which I highly recommend. Healed well, zero complications. Extremely satisfied with my results 👍🏻
