I've attended three times now for a permanent treatment. It's my six monthly routine. Highly recommended. Krista is the best.
I walked out of a bizarre appointment (second visit) because the stylist refused to apply the treatment only to the back section of my hair. She insisted that the treatment would to be applied to all my hair, even through the front part of my hair is already very straight. I turned to chemical straightening after my naturally straight hair developed a serious curl at the back after having a baby. I had my hair permanently straightened a few weeks ago by Krista, and couldn't be happier with the results! She was absolutely amazing and took the time during the consultation and appointment to understand what my hair needed and make changes accordingly. Her customer service leading up to the appointment was second to none, answering all my questions and fitting me in for an appointment as soon as possible. I never thought a trip to The Straightening Salon would not only make my hair look fabulous but would lift up my soul!! I was having one of THOSE days - you know what I'm talking about ladies.....
