My 1997 Quadra-Fire 1200 quit working because it was so old a large hole had rusted out of the fire pot. I ordered a new fire pot for $487 rather than buy a new stove for $3500. It was heck to install, but we “got er done” & now look...this old stove burning perfectly. No need to add more stuff to the landfill when you can FIX it !!! — in Ruidoso, New Mexico.
Treated my mom and I like our money wasn't good enough for them. We asked for a quote to have a wood stove and piping installed, their reply "It's gonna be really expensive". Sorry we didn't show up in a business suit. Ill never give them my business.
We purchased a Harmon pellet stove insert for our home in Cloudcroft! It has been so amazing! The customer service there is top of the line! We just love The Stove and Spa store! ❤️
Had a stove inserted a while back. Ultimate customer service! Whenever we have issues. We call and they are happy to help. They were very polite. Best purchase yet. Keeps the house very warm! Definitely coming back!
Had a new insert installed. The installation process was done correctly however after 3 weeks I am still cleaning soot from my house. I called to voice my concern and I was simply told "sometimes this happens".
