We bought our fire logs from The Stove Shop back in January 2017. Our salesperson Cindy was so nice to work with. And what's really great is that they still service the product that they sold us. That gives one a good feeling. Today Kevin came out to see why the pilot was not staying lit. ( Another company supposedly cleaned them this year because that company was installing a new chimney liner and threw in a cleaning. They said I needed a new pilot assembly. Nope.)
