RecommendedIf you are looking to replace or putting in a new fireplace stop looking and go with The Stove Barn!!!! Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. Can’t say enough about James who is came to install the fireplace. He’s very meticulous and very patient. I have worked with The Stove Barn many times and I highly suggest them when it comes to a new wood stove or grill! They have the best prices and quick install!
Worst customer service ever. Constant delays on installation with no communication from the manager. Took two days off from work due to their scheduling and communication errors and yet no apology or attempt to make things right. It’s a shame because we used them in the past and the service was stellar. Not anymore!
Very knowledgeable and great to work with! Will definitely be using them again in the future.
