We lived at the Stott for one calender year. September 2024 to September 2025. We had a River facing 28th floor, 2 bed, 2 bath apartment. We used the Metropolis (owned by Broderick) parking structure at Woodward and State St. The gym is functional if you want a quick workout before your regular gym opens or just want to get a few steps in on the tread-mill. The apartments are amazing. Jordan and the Bedrock team are great as well. No service issues in 2.5 years. Couldn't recommend a better place to live in Detroit.
Very beautiful building with great views. Staff was always friendly and helpful! No issues inside the apartment for the entire time I lived there.
