Easy sign up and easy place for storage!
DO NOT GO HERE! I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE! I was charged twice when I rented a storage unit that I still haven’t been refunded. I randomly got a charge on my account for $81.99 plus the second charge being $46.99. A total of nearly $130 i’ve been over charged and haven’t received a refund. Until that is fixed this place gets a 1 star from me if I could give it zero stars I absolutely would.
Used to be 5 stars but I agree with newer posts. The new automated phone system makes it so it's impossible to actually talk to someone & they are having issues processing my payments. Today I got a message saying they were unable to process my payment in an email & I check my bank to see it's pending & they added on a $25 late fee (or maybe for the supposed card being declined) in the payment that is processing on the day it's due? What the hell has happened to you guys?
The Storage Spot has been great to work with. The facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained. I really liked the drive-up access and the option for climate-controlled units. One of the best parts is that they have U-Hauls on-site you can rent, which made moving in super convenient. The staff was friendly and made the whole process easy. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a storage unit.
We have been customers since the RV storage was opened! Used to be 5 stars but I agree with some of the newer posts. Unfortunately, you cannot speak to anyone! I called today because I got an email saying they were unable to process my payment & I checked my bank to see it's pending! However in the portal I’m showing a late fee was added! So frustrating!
