Mark (assume he's the manager) is very professional and helpful; Darby, not so much. He's a bit of a punk kid dbag with an attitude who thinks he's funny, and he's anything but. It's got to be hard to find good help these days, but hopefully for Mark's sake, he has some better luck in the future.
