I’ve been a customer for years, and I have to say that Lisa has always been friendly, polite, and very helpful! The property is always clean, neat, and well maintained.
I’ve been a customer at the Preston Crossing’s location many times over the years years and I’ve never had a bad experience. Lisa, the site manager, is incredible to work with, knowledgeable of the facility and efficient in her work. The property and the units are always clean and well kept. Security has always been a top priority. I won’t go to another storage facility because of her and the service she provides.
I met Lisa who was manning the counter at the storage unit. She was so helpful and friendly. Great experience all around
