For the very 1st time using a storage unit and this place has been awesome great communication with John and the online website had 0 hiccups!!! Highly recommend in choosing the storage place!! You won't regret the help. Especially on a Sunday lol 5 stars in my book

Customer service was atrocious maybe more time in the location teaching staff how to treat customers is what this place needs. Went across the road and had a way better experience at Access Self storage. Gary and Rick used to be so great here sad to see there legacy not being upheld. Not a fan at all of how I was treated.
Purchased storage and rv parking, and Uhaul rental on and off for three years. Always excellent customer service, friendly staff, and best storage options and sales. Always safe and secure. Highly recommend.
