Customer Service was Excellent
Just rented a storage unit here, customer service was amazing and the two gentleman in the front are super nice. I recommend this place 100% if you need storage needs or U-Haul rentals.
Just popped in to get some moving materials and the customer service was awesome. Austin was professional and helpful in explaining the pricing of units. I’ll be coming back here to get a unit soon. #Stash
I should've known their customer service would be atrocious based on other reviews and how they treated a nice, old black man the day I went in to sign a lease. Anyway, I wont do business with them because of the way the two guys up front handle people. Im not going to pay my bill and just let them keep my belongings so as not to have to deal with them anymore. Plus, they're VERY expensive!
