Sent me opening instructions for the unit they didn’t work. The regional manager came and opened a different unit (where my furnishings are now)….still paying for wrong unit and headed for more confusion.
I kept my stuff there for almost 4 years. The facility was always clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful! If I move back to the Niceville area I'll definitely look them up first for my storage needs.
Pros: The workers are courteous and helpful. The facility is clean and convenient to access. The individual units have a wire mesh at the top so it would be hard for someone in an adjacent unit to go exploring. The online STARTING prices are among the cheapest in the area. Cons: The website says "...lock in the price...". No where does it say that the price is only good for a limited amount of time. At the six month point, my monthly rental fee went up 50%.
