Crystal has always been an amazing person to deal with in regards to our unit. She is kind and understanding, very professional and my favorite thing is she is always up front and honest when I have questions or concerns. I've honestly never liked getting storage units because I find it usually very difficult to contact and deal with them if there is an issue or something comes up. But since the very beginning Crystal has been wonderful to deal with and speak to. We won't be changing our storage unit again unless we move.

I was looking for a storage unit and Crystal was always so helpful and cheerful in person and on the phone. I ended up not needing a storage unit but if I had, I would’ve here purely for Crystal’s customer service! She’s a keeper, especially nowadays when good customer service is hard to find!

Ok, after talking to the owner, the people in Henderson lied to him. They want me to believe the problem is the bank. The office made the mistake and are afraid to admit it. Do not use this place! They do not know what they are doing! Do not pay a deposit for cleaning a unit, they will not return it! Run find another place not associated with this company. Shame on them for being rude and not caring about the people that use them.

We recently rented 2 storage units 1 large and 1 small. For almost a year. Crystal was very professional and helpful. The property was clean and felt very safe. Thanks for everything.
