Crystal has always been an amazing person to deal with in regards to our unit. She is kind and understanding, very professional and my favorite thing is she is always up front and honest when I have questions or concerns. I've honestly never liked getting storage units because I find it usually very difficult to contact and deal with them if there is an issue or something comes up. But since the very beginning Crystal has been wonderful to deal with and speak to. We won't be changing our storage unit again unless we move.
I was looking for a storage unit and Crystal was always so helpful and cheerful in person and on the phone. I ended up not needing a storage unit but if I had, I would’ve here purely for Crystal’s customer service! She’s a keeper, especially nowadays when good customer service is hard to find!
Best customer service in town! Crystal is always professional, pleasant, and willing to go the extra mile to resolve any issues.
The representative was friendly and polite, easy to talk to she answer all my questions.
I highly recommend The Storage Place. I’ve rented a storage unit from them for years and they have always been very helpful and professional with any needs I’ve had.
