Over the years, I’ve had two different rooms with this company. The service has always been top notch, they have always communicated clearly with me, and they have always worked hard to find solutions to the rare problems that I have had. If the need ever arises, they are the only storage company that I will use.
Wonderful I could not even begin to say how easy to do on line and I don't like being on line that alone I give you a 5 but the girl that helped me at office was a 10 star I will be glad to recommend this place.. that Joni pollick & 7 dogs
they have no Idea what they are doing. Rented 3 units got 3 codes that went to a totally different location spent 2 days trying to get the right codes all while moving out of a house. Till this day 5 days after the rental we still have 0 codes no phone calls back and now after other people let us in we got a email saying we have moved out of the units we just filled and locked up.... This is the Worse place I have ever had to deal with
The storage unit itself was great. However the female that days she is the manager is horrible. I had everything out of the storage by noon on The 1st and she still expected me to pay for the full month. I can see for paying for the day but not for the whole month. She was extremely rude and unprofessional.
I was in a bind and I needed a place to keep some things for a few months. The owner and staff at The Storage Place made the experience as painless as possible.
