I have stored my entire household items at the Tennsco location for a full year while getting my house ready to sale. My belongings have been safe, dry, no issues at all. My access has been easy with the gate code. I felt my belonging were totally safe in the 10'x20' unit I rented. The employees have always been great and easy to reach for any issue. I would recommend this storage place to anyone.
While going through a rough patch in life I reached out to Dickson Storage and they leased unit A20 to me. As my life got worse I fell behind and contacted them asking them to please work with me, and they absolutly did. They are wonderful to work with, and they are exceptionally polite. I couldn't have asked for better service in a storage unit. Can never reach anyone to pay a bill. No one is ever at the office. I'm not sure how this is a legit business at all. If everytime you tried to pay a bill here and couldn't you got a free month I'm sure this business would of sank along time ago. Horribly ran, managed, and maintained. I'm sure it's a woman that would rather be at home with her kids than run this place 70% sure. Probably making more money than a skilled tradesman too. Your welcome for my business.
