Great place to go if you want your items stolen. Website says digital surveillance, but when mine was broken into, they werent working. There isnt any onsite "security", they took the locks of the entry door to the storage pods making it easier to break in and then the manager says "This is rare, we havent had a break-in in almost a year", as if that is a good track record. I have stored my entire household items at the Tennsco location for a full year while getting my house ready to sale. My belongings have been safe, dry, no issues at all. My access has been easy with the gate code. I felt my belonging were totally safe in the 10'x20' unit I rented. The employees have always been great and easy to reach for any issue. I would recommend this storage place to anyone.
