Can never reach anyone to pay a bill. No one is ever at the office. I'm not sure how this is a legit business at all. If everytime you tried to pay a bill here and couldn't you got a free month I'm sure this business would of sank along time ago. Horribly ran, managed, and maintained. I'm sure it's a woman that would rather be at home with her kids than run this place 70% sure. Probably making more money than a skilled tradesman too. Your welcome for my business.
Colleen is very quick to respond and even worked with me after hours. The process to rent a unit was extremely fast and easy. Other storage facilities I contacted either ghosted me or flat out said they would not work with me after I explained my situation. I definitely recommend Dickson Storage and would use them again if I ever need to.
Access stops at 9pm. For what they charge per unit, a person should have 24hr access. For a person who works 7am to 7pm 2hrs access is not enough time to do much. So now we can't get in into the unit the put stuff in and it's going to rain... Should have went with j&h storage by the interstate A LOT cheaper, clean, and has 24 hr access. Definitely over priced for only limited access
