I didn't like was that there were no lights when I dropped my stuff off. We had to work in the dark with my cell phone light. When i had to move my stuff out, I had gotten a UHaul. We loaded everything and were leaving. The whole area is in drainages/ ditches almost, the road caves in. Also, it is hard for a UHaul to do a U turn on site. I drove around to try to exit. Nice gentlemen who helped us get our unit simple and easy process no more than 10 minutes on the phone and got our unit the next day. The unit was extremely dusty and unkempt. We entered through the sliding door that lead to the hall we were in and ran into a bunch of spider webs so made me feel skeptical about the possibility of bugs getting into our belongings.
Clean safe secure storage. Michael is the man!!
The manager, Michael, is just great. He was very compassionate during a recent tough time for me. I love the temperature controlled building I'm in. The facility is clean and the price is fair.
Secure storage however the dip at the exit causes uhauls to get stuck. Called walker towing and they stated it has happened several times
