Very low maintenance, absolutely loved this place up until I started noticing rat activity. They not only chewed up clothes & my boyfriend’s guitar, but also had a horrible smell, & not to say the amount of droppings that were left behind as-well. Definitely don’t recommend as they did not a single thing when these things were reported & complained about.

I had very valuable belongings and clothing items stored here and what i thought was gonna be a safe place to put them wasn’t, there was dead rats all over my items and belongings. My clothes had holes and rips and all kinds of nests in them i do not recommend this place at all whatsoever please go anywhere else. I’ll tell you It felt like if I was in New York City with how many rats I had in my storage Furniture,,tables,newborn baby clothes,desks all ruined by droppings, scratches and bites don’t leave your furniture here unless you want to end up throwing it away filled with ants and rats this place sucks and I do not recommend also there gate would not open for three days leaving me no choice but to leave my belongings in that horrible disgusting room
