Free up storage’s gate system appears to round up on the time it closes. We attempted to exit a few minutes before close and were unable to exit, trapping us in the facility. There is no after hours support or any way to get in-contact with someone. While I’m certain this is viewed as a security feature to prevent theft, it is irresponsible from a safety standpoint. We had to contact the police to exit.
