The units are clean and the manager is very helpful. Two complaints- the light directly outside our unit is not working and we need more light there for security and visibility. The gate is currently not working so it is left open. This also reduces the amount of security we are paying for. We are not receiving full service that is part of our fee.
The storage areas are very clean and well kept ! I took one of my boats there and Alicia was so nice and knowledgeable she could have sold me a Cadillac ! It came to a point that my son and I had to store another boat. We went straight to Storage Sense !
