Victor, with customer service, was great! Hopefully the rest of my experience reflects this first phone call (fingers crossed).
Try local places…. This place will say one thing, and do another. Give you a price that will change in a few months. My example was $25 to $60. (Update since there reply response: I tired talking to them for over 3months. All I got was more fees and headaches! )

They get you to rent from them at a reasonable/good price. Within 3 to 6 months, they will raise your bill by up to at least 60 dollars or more, no warning at all. And the sad thing is that while the big corporation does these to people like me and you the let there poor workers on sight have to hear all the BS because the company is just greedy and should be shut down ..... DO NOT RENT HERE
So far so good. Just got a rental yesterday so really can’t say much. Reservation went well. Have good advise telling my daughter to use a new person name to get another unit so no discount coupons get voided. The employee was decent. The unit ground was not the best it looked like it had some kind of spill stain. Will update if need be as time progress. Thank you!
