The agent was courteous and helpful. The whole process was smooth and efficient.
I never got a storage unit because they were closed when they should have been open. Called left a message needed a unit, they never called. Ugly customer service
The storage experience was great overall. I was able to book a unit and move in quickly, and every employee I dealt with was friendly, helpful, and professional. Unfortunately, my final interaction with the property manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. After asking a simple question, I was spoken down to and he had threatened his employees. It's disappointing because the rest of the experience was excellent. Without that encounter, this would have been a five-star review.
My rent just randomly went up 80 dollars a month. Someone else with same unit 2 doors down...did not. Avoid at all costs. Shady practices
Large gates areas with many units of many different sizes. Easy to get a unit, and easy to end it when you no longer need it.
