I'm extremely disappointed with the service I've received from Clean Water Pools & Spas, a company I've been loyal to for 4 years. After purchasing several products and equipments, I needed their help with a leaky hot tub on Dec 22, right before Christmas. I called at 9am, and the attendant said they'd pass my info to the service department and someone would call back. No one did. I called again at 1pm and 3:30pm, still no response. Fantastic service! Our friends recommended we check them out. We aren’t going to have it installed until spring and that is not an issue. The salesman answered all of our questions and concerns, helped us with the selections, and gave us a great price. Can’t wait to get our new pool installed!!
Whatever you have going on with your pool or hot tub, these guys can help you. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and they have an excellent selection of chemicals/products. We always take a water sample in a few weeks after opening to make sure things are truly in line and they’re always truthful- sometimes we need something, sometimes we don’t. Highly recommend.
I have been using this location for years for water testing and purchasing my supplies. Knowledgeable and friendly staff.
Was no showed four times by the service department without even a call, text, out email!!!
