This building has beautiful views and a lovely balcony, and most of the staff are very friendly. However, the management is quite awful. Since I moved in, I’ve had issues with parking, there’s always at least one malfunctioning laundry machine, and one of the elevators is out of order every single week, and given the rent we pay, we expect much better overall quality.

Building management rules tenants by harassment.
This building requires year-round repair work. Drilling starts at 7 AM and continues late into the night. Living here is like residing in the middle of a construction site—this apartment is unlivable. Rent at your own risk.
Lived here for 3 years now. Building is a bit on older side, but definitely well maintained. Amazing views of NYC on Balcony. Each Balcony is rounded which creates ample space and nice extension of apartment. Dogs are allowed with additional deposit. Team is overall friendly. Plenty of parking whether underground or street parking. Bus to NYC is in front of building. What more can you ask for? Never leaving.
