Moved in on December 2022 and moved out months later. Problems began as soon as we moved in, with the tenants above us (unit 2B) made so much noise and they were throwing used cigarettes on our balcony, it was so much that we were forced to look for a solution which was to look for another apartment. The landlord was a little helpful but never fixed the issue with the cigarettes and the noise.
