RecommendedEach time I have visited The Stone Store in Hanover,, Maryland I am impressed with the staff. All knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Today was no exception for my rock delivery. I had 4 tons of rock delivered and Michael Hamlett was the professional driver. He was very professional, helpful, and thoughtful about the positioning of the truck dump and my home (concern for a side awning). He is a very positive asset to the staff and your store! Thank you!
When I came to the Stone Store I was thinking about building a fire pit. I was looking for a store that provides quality & a variety of natural stones. After visiting a few other stores, I liked the Stone Store the best because of its customer service & high quality stones. Roy was fantastic and helped guide me on what materials I needed for my fire pit. I was very satisfied with the outcome of my visit & my fire pit!
So very happy with everything the Stone store has helped us with for this pond and patio area! We were able to do this ourselves because of the Stone store and amazing and incredibly helpful staff members.
We are very pleased with our amazing experience. My husband and I made our purchase on Saturday and we received our delivery today and our blue stones and large boulders are absolutely stunning! The delivery driver was great and he placed all of the boulders with ease in the exact places that I wanted them. All of the staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. this morning i sent a quiry for an estimate for some sand. we are putting up an above ground pool. i was a little clueless on what kind of sand to use and how much. within 20 minutes of sending that message Gary gave me a call asking for additional info. i was at work and unable to call back but he sent me an email. with a few questions he gave me his recommendation and a price. my husband went up around 5:30 and picked up a ton of sand. he said that the store and everyone there were really nice, super professional and reall... read more
Terrific staff; sales people, cashiers at the check out, delivery drivers, the guys operating the BobCat to dump the dirt, stones or whatever I want into my truck bed....I can’t say enough about Tegan(she has been awesome to work with).
