Completely satisfied with the service from start to finish. Marlene, the fabricators and installers were very easy to work with and accommodating. Marlene walked us through the process and scheduling was a breeze. And to make it an even better experience the cost was reasonable. Not planning on another kitchen anytime soon but would recommend The Stone Shop to a friend.
I was recommended to the Stone Shop and Frank from the general contractor renovating my home and I could not be happier with the scope performed. I work in commercial construction in NYC and was going to use my own stone subs for my project but decided to go with Frank for fabricating and installing most of the scope. Over promised. Under delivered. Messed up a lot and had nothing but excuses to offer. On day of installation, he sends a crew that didn’t speak any English. They were constantly rushing and luckily a guy working for my general contractor helped me slow them down so they didn’t drill the wrong holes. They placed the stone in the counter, and forgot to install the sink. They attempt to slide in the sink, and scratch my cabinets.
