I thoroughly enjoyed the class. My disappointment is that the chain I bought broke near the clasp. I only wanted information on what the clasp looked like and what size of a jump ring I need to get to replace it. I have called 4 times now left 2 voice messages and sent them a text and nobody responds. I give a thumb down on customer service
