I had a great experience at Stone Ave. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Oliver, in particular, guided me through all the steps to be considered for the apartment. He was very patient and always ready to assist. The room was spacious, and having my own bathroom was a real plus. The common areas were ample, even with four of us living there at once. The food they serve here for events is gourmet! Really gourmet! I asked them where they get their food, it's that good! Sometimes it is home-made and sometimes it comes from restaurants..

Honestly, had no problems my first year living here!! Renewed my lease, and it turns out that they really don't value recurring leasers as much as new. We have had a MAJOR cockroach infestation in our apartment since August (it's now November). Maintenance can't perform as well as an exterminator, and management has neglected to provide the proper services for our apartment to eliminate the issue. Manager does not give proper notice when contacting each individual roommates concerning situation- only emails 1/4 of the roomma... read more
