They didn't try to push a sale, they asked questions of me to get the right sewing machine then helped with some notions.Sat in one of there chairs and loved it so bought one been using it �
the ladies there were most helpful took care of everything I needed got my order started and had a great sale going back next week to pick up my order and I'm sure I will be shopping again love this store
I cannot say enough good things about The Stitchery! Wonderfully stocked store. Friendly and very knowledgeable staff and always ready to help. Awesome classroom with plenty of space to spread out and work. Great variety of classes for all levels. 100 miles round trip for me, but well worth it!

The Stitchery is the best. Staff members are kind, polite and patient. it doesn't matter of you new or seasoned to sewing your treated the same. Spend a little spend a lot your treated the same. Products they have are high quality and have a good selection to chose from. Give them a try, I don't think you'll be disappointed.
Excellent customer service! I also love the quality of their fabrics. My new go to online ordering and hope to make a visit there in the future.
