I ordered 11 Christmas stalkings with our family's names on them about a week ago and they were finished today. I am so in love with the work they did!!! Every single one is perfect and beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will be recommending this place to ally friends!!
Only reason I gave one star is Bc 0 wasn’t a option. The lack of customer service is insane to me!! I totally get mistakes happen so when she monogrammed the wrong letter on my shoe I was understanding! After keeping my shoes another two weeks, not calling me to let me know they were done, then when I pick them up they look horrible and she laughed! Never an apology! Extremely frustrated! Not only does the monogram look horrible it’s not even centered!
Brought in 3 items to be monogrammed at the beginning of this week and I got them back today !!!! Great staff ! Great service and FAST !!!
