Promise you the world, failed to communicate important details about your case, they dont call you and when you call they give you either the runaround, they ignore your call even when THEY tell to call and just blow you off UNTIL they need to settle. They like to settle for pennies even thought they promise you the world. I dont know how they sleep at night.
