My car has been broken into twice, someone urinated on my front door, for the last 2 winters my heater has gone out and theyve left me weeks with no heat and brought in old space heaters causing my electric bill to skyrocket and would not assist in covering any of the cost since they couldnt fix my heat. there is not enough parking no matter how many cars are registered to you you have only one pass you may receive so you have to park outside of the complex on the road. The walls are paper thin. There Parking for visitors and resident are a joke. Can't have visitors pass 9pm or they run the risk of being towed. That not going to work if you have elderly or older parents. The trash area have racoons and God know what else. The playground they have is a joke. it's made for 1-3 year olds.
