Initially Steve made several suggestions on how to organize our home. When we listed our home Steve helped us to fill the required forms. After our home was very quickly and successfully sold, he again helped with completing the new forms. This certainly made the selling process much easier for us.
Steve and his team are amazing! We received 13 offers, and closed 20% over our list price! They did a great job preparing us for the sale, advising through the listing process, and sorting through the acceptance stage! I would highly recommend Steve and his team to anyone.
