10 out of 10, would not recommend. You fall in love with the units and as soon as you move in, you start to notice all the issues when the glamour wears off. They take a hard credit check, the floors are uneven, drawers that won’t stay shut, multiple leaks, mold, cracks in the walls and just so very thin walls. There is no front desk or on site maintenance so this does mean you will be responsible for all little items in your unit such as filters, light bulbs, etc. The manager does email promptly.
