The sterling team is incredible. Sophie is always there to help and quick to respond. The maintenance team is fast and efficient. It is hard to find apartment communities that truly care for their residents, and the team at the sterling does! The community is well kept and rents are very reasonable. I would highly recommend this community!
Sophie is wonderful! The maintenance is very kind and always saying hi. The community is clean and maintained. Work orders get done quickly. The pool is always clean. I love living at this community!
The cutest, little boutique-style community in Gilbert! I love everything about The Sterling - and so will you. The office and maintenance staff are amazing - especially Sophie who always greets you with a smile and is so friendly!!
Been a nice place to live, going on 3 years
Maintenance takes literally weeks to get done and there is no follow up or timeframe provided. When I moved in the apartment was covered in dust, all the drawers had crumbs and the floors hadn’t been swept or mopped. It honestly felt like the previous tenants were the last ones here & the apt hadn’t been flipped. I really wish the front office/maintenance was open on the weekends. I like the kitchen and the layout of the apartment, which is why I chose these apartment but I don’t think I’ll be renewing my lease here :/
