If they let you do less than 1 star I would. This place is a disaster. They have no clue what they are doing, constantly water is not working and they don't fix it, if you have an emergency it can take a week to get it fixed. They will lie that they have people on the way to fix it just to get you off the phone and they will do it over and over again.
