Sorry Steinert, you don't win my fuel oil business by having your service manager be nasty to my wife when placing a service call. You've serviced our furnace for years. Not anymore, and you and your partner Atlantic will never be considered if I do shop for a new fuel oil vendor.

Complete rip off. Quoted $400 for a filter install in water system. Nothing was sent in writing with agreement being verbal only. Filter is a $40 filter with $20 hardware that took less than an hour to install. Refused to lower price and didn't care when I said last time I would do business with them. ATTITUDE!!! Worst people to do business with.

We called Steinert for a furnace inspection and service. Norwood came out to our property, spent less than 7 minutes and honestly asked about the house and garage more than the furnace. He's a nice man but when he left In under 15 minutes of being there, it astonished us. We called Barbera and asked why a service wasn't done, she responded with: you only asked for an inspection. $140 for 7 minutes. So we apologized for any miscommunication and sincerely asked for the rest of the "service" we had asked for and she said it wou... read more
