We pay a very high condo fee, we own our condo and we are are not allowed to have heat untill Annie feels like it , we have been sick for the last week, called office and sent emails repeatedly. It is the end of September. This management is performing very poorly!!
Ann has been the most difficult, dishonest, and petty person I have ever encountered in my life. If you have the option to avoid this dreadful bully in a professional setting, you would be wise to do so.
I lived in the Hammond Gardens Condominiums for 1.5 years (managed by the Stefanelli company, but rented from an individual landlord, who was also great), and have zero complaints! All issues were dealt with professionally, respectfully and promptly. They were very nice, as well. Unlike with all other apartments I rented in Boston/Brookline, I had NO rodents!
I have worked with the Stefanelli Company since 2013 They manage the condo where we live which is comprised of 80 older units build in the early 1950s that were converted to condos. I believe the Stefanelli Company is engaged in some very questionable practices. Our condominium complex in Chestnut Hill is paying for an upgrade to its heating system, and it's costing around $80,000 PER UNIT which is absolutely unheard of in my experience. Having read past reviews on her company, I 100% do not recommend hiring her, as I am on the verge of pursuing some kind of investigation and exploring legal options.
This is the absolute worst and probably fraudulent property manger I have encountered in my 30+ years in the business. Ms. Stefanelli interviewed two companies for a deleading job worth $250,000 and the one who as ultimately hired pledged to use scaffolding at an approximate cost of $135,000. The company then used far less expensive swing staging, but the condo association did not see one dime of the savings.
