BUYER BEWARE! I don’t usually write negative reviews, but this company is one to hire with caution. I’ll start by saying they did a good job with the dryer vent cleaning. When they got to the air ducts throughout the house, though, we agreed to have them deep cleaned. From there came the upsell: duct sanitizing and UV lights for the HVAC unit to supposedly keep everything continuously clean. Would not recommend. Neighborly contracted with them to install a brand new HVAC system two years ago (which they don't even advertise for and don't show that they are ever certified to do so). We didn't know they would be the company installing until the day of when they showed up. They installed the incorrect size for our home. We have had to have other companies come out to fix some problems they created with their install job. Their labor warranty is only one year. The process was so quick. We are amazed at how clean the vents turned out! mike knew exactly what he was doing and was very professional. We will definitely have them return when is time and will refer this company to others without hesitation!
Terrible experience and scam. Tech stated I had mold while just checking one vent stated he checked box in attic but never did. Gave me total of $2000 for removal took my down payment I got another company to come out took e rushing apart showed me detailed pics while here and no mold!!!! Just needed basic cleaning. Called to get my refund for services never rendered took $400 from me. Scam scam! Don’t fall for their you have mold trick!
