Terrible experience and scam. Tech stated I had mold while just checking one vent stated he checked box in attic but never did. Gave me total of $2000 for removal took my down payment I got another company to come out took e rushing apart showed me detailed pics while here and no mold!!!! Just needed basic cleaning. Called to get my refund for services never rendered took $400 from me. Scam scam! Don’t fall for their you have mold trick!
DO NOT TRUST THEM. I hired them to clean my ducts. They came and ripped duct on the attic and did not seal it back its air coming out we have to sealed it. Just for checking it was a bad job already. i have to cancel it because they told me i have to change everything $4000 and they will not do the basic cleaning i end up paying cash $40 fees for cancelling. The lady on the phone was super unfriendly when scheduling an appointment and then when I went to cancel said appointment because of all the bad reviews, she gave me sooo much attitude about it being within 24hrs of the appointment date, which I understand is an inconvenience, but I was never told about a 24 hour cancelation notice when scheduling the appointment so maybe you could work that into your appointment calls. I hope this miserable woman finds some peace, don't make work turn you into such a miserable person ma'am ... read more
