Would not recommend. Neighborly contracted with them to install a brand new HVAC system two years ago (which they don't even advertise for and don't show that they are ever certified to do so). We didn't know they would be the company installing until the day of when they showed up. They installed the incorrect size for our home. We have had to have other companies come out to fix some problems they created with their install job. Their labor warranty is only one year. The process was so quick. We are amazed at how clean the vents turned out! mike knew exactly what he was doing and was very professional. We will definitely have them return when is time and will refer this company to others without hesitation!
Terrible experience and scam. Tech stated I had mold while just checking one vent stated he checked box in attic but never did. Gave me total of $2000 for removal took my down payment I got another company to come out took e rushing apart showed me detailed pics while here and no mold!!!! Just needed basic cleaning. Called to get my refund for services never rendered took $400 from me. Scam scam! Don’t fall for their you have mold trick!
DO NOT TRUST THEM. I hired them to clean my ducts. They came and ripped duct on the attic and did not seal it back its air coming out we have to sealed it. Just for checking it was a bad job already. i have to cancel it because they told me i have to change everything $4000 and they will not do the basic cleaning i end up paying cash $40 fees for cancelling.
