We had a lovely experience working with Todd! He is a great coach and calm through every aspect of the process. We went under contract on a few different properties over the course of a few months before finding the one we bought and are thankful for how he walked us through it.

OK for fill-in-the-blank documents and a photographer. Took more percentage for himself than the person actually doing the work- the buying agent. Remember everything is negotiable. Any realtor in Colorado can represent you statewide. Get a front range person that’ll take a lower flat commission, send a photographer, and use AI to write up a feature description. Jon did fine but frankly nowhere near worth the amount that I paid in commission. Hire a front range guy that’ll do the same for a fraction of the price.
