They were on time, and did a quick study of the carpet… did the upsell routine. I politely declined & they respected that. I paid for two rooms. They did both rooms without trying to get more money because of the size (most do this bait & switch). Took 1.5 hours from start to making payment! Very easy to work with and they got some areas of concern out, that I didn’t know for sure would come out easily! Very pleased… I’ll be using them again, and referring them on FB asking for recommendations!
