Second time there on labor day weekend. It was super busy and all the ladies did a wonderful job. Food was amazing and service was also amazing due to being as busy as they were. Great job tonight!! Didn't mind the wait at all

Had our Family Birthday celebration of 8 people there was our first time everyone created us with a big smile and were seated immediately or Server was excellent on the spot if our drinks were low and didn’t rush our meal had Zucchini sticks as mushrooms Excellent very yummy some had Soup French onion and Seafood chowder both excellent a variety of main dishes we ordered from salmon steak fillets prime rib lobster and the most Gigantic shrimp � no complaints ended our meal with delicious after dinner drinks Can’t complain ab... read more
It was my first time there. There mayve been confusion when I tagged myself there that I did not like my steak, that is NOT true. I did like it (the ribeye, medium rare), but it was not among the best I had. Next time I go there, I'm going to get a New York Strip (my favorite type of steak) & it would be rare (my choice when I cookout at home). My steak was charred so it was bitter. Asked for medium well it was rare inside. Mushrooms were burnt I just was very disappointed. I will continue to go to Five O’clock steak house and Jackson Grill will not be adding the Steakout to my lists. Nice atmosphere enjoyed Al White that’s it. Waitress very courteous.
