Had reservations for my birthday last night at 7:30. Waited until 8 to check with the hostess who prctially ignored me and di not give me a time when we could get seated. Noticed others coming in after us that did het seated. when we finally were seated in a dark corner, we waited 15 minutes without a server approaching us. Left and will not be back
Waited over 50 minutes past our reservation, then sat another 15 minutes at our table without one waitress stopping by. We got up and left. The poor managing of reservations has gotten worse and worse. They lost long time customers forever. My family won’t be back.
The good food. The staff is very friendly. It is very close to our home.
Awesome food, intimate atmosphere
Service and food was absolutely terrible. Was seated 40 minutes after our reservation. They got both my fiancés and my order incorrect, then when fixed the steaks were over cooked hockey pucks. The soup had black chuncks floating and tasted burnt/Smokey. My fiancé’s potato was refrigerator cold and my hash browns were a burnt cracker. Waitress was disinterested in our concerns and only showed her face once to bring us another drink. We asked to see the manager but was told he was “too busy” to see us.
