Wonderful dinner of salmon and new york strip steak
Have been going here for over 30 years. Encountered the rudest hostess Tina, again, who was so appalling this time, and treated us so poorly, that we will not be going back.
This place really does live up to its name. A refreshingly unpretentious place with great food, service, and reasonable prices. My NY strip steak was delicious. Make a reservation or expect to wait.
Made reservations for 5:15 pm and got there at 5:10 and the place was already busy. They had just opened at 5, we were seated immediately and our server Mindy came to take our drink order. My husband and I both ordered the prime rib special and it was prepared perfect(medium rare). The dining room is tight but the excellent food and service makes up for that. We would not hesitate to dine there again when in Wellsboro. Advice make reservations because they are very busy.
Enjoyed a wonderful dinner, drinks and dessert there. Food was delicious and cooked perfectly. Our server was knowledgeable, friendly and timing of everythingwas spot on. The whole staff were super inviting from when we walked in and was offered a cozy spot by the window. Already have been planning our next visit when we are back in town.
