I don’t care how good your food is; if you lack good customer service, I will not spend my money there. I bought two wing plates from there, and the fries were cold and not done. I called and spoke to the owner, and he was talking over me as I was explaining what was wrong with the order. He hung up in my face and I called right back. I asked him did he hang up on me and he said yes. I sent my son up there so they can fix the order. The guy gave him a refund and took the food back instead of fixing it.
